Change of Ownership

The transfer of interests between parties, the addition of names to existing accounts, or any change in title, requires a recorded document that conveys the rights from the former owner to the new owner.  Whether the conveyance is for mineral, royalty or leasehold ownership, a properly completed, executed and notarized deed or assignment recorded in the proper county records is required to document the conveyance.

When you receive the recorded document from the county/state where the property is located, please send a copy by mail or email to:

Lost or Stolen Checks

If your check was lost, stolen or you have not received your check and have waited 15 business days from the date the check was originally mailed, please contact our Owner Relations department by phone at 405.906.2106 or by contacting us to void the original check and have a new one reissued.

Once we void the original check, please do not attempt to cash it because it will no longer be honored when presented for payment.

Royalty Revenue Questions

If you are inquiring about the status of your royalty payment, it will be mailed at the end of each month, subject to a $100 minimum requirement. Should your royalty payment not exceed the $100 minimum, those funds will accrue until the minimum threshold is met and a check will be issued shortly thereafter.
